Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to drive shift performance at the restaurant level. You will lead shift management, coach and motivate Team Members, and help meet goals for food cost, labor, and sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Based at your home restaurant, you will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager team, participate in leadership sessions, and contribute to a positive work culture that supports growth and development within the Whataburger family.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service, communication, multitasking.
• ServSafe Food Certification (or ability to obtain during training).

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members - helping new hires ketchup quickly and seasoned pros turn up the heat.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running like a well-oiled fryer.
