Pizza Hut, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to report to the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily operations. You will lead the team to execute high‑quality service, train staff, and manage inventory while upholding brand standards and health and safety practices.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, efficient shift execution, and a culture that reflects the Tasty Hut, LLC values. Prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license

Formación

• Experience in fast-food or retail leadership is preferred.
• ServSafe certified or willingness to obtain certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead shift operations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
