Job summary

A leading smoothie retailer in Charlotte is seeking a passionate Shift Leader to assist guests in achieving their fitness and nutrition goals. The Shift Leader will manage team members and ensure a friendly experience for customers while blending smoothies and fulfilling store operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
