Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations and provide a positive guest and team experience. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold operational standards to ensure exceptional service.

This leadership role prepares you for advancement within our Wingstop franchise, with a strong emphasis on integrity, communication, and accountability to drive a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Experience using a POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and availability to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
