Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations and develop team members, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach shift leaders, ensure food safety and brand standards, manage hiring and scheduling, and help grow future leaders while maintaining profitability and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience to develop others.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
