Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and cultivate a positive guest experience. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, upholding standards, and driving exceptional service to guests.

You will train staff, ensure food safety, manage ticket times, and help with opening/closing duties while promoting teamwork and growth within the company.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
1+ year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience.
Experience using a POS system preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
Help train and develop new team members.
