Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching teammates, and maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

The role emphasizes strong communication, integrity, and accountability. You’ll train new staff, ensure timely orders, and step into any position as needed to support restaurant

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant or leadership experience.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns to management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
