Job summary

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties and maintains product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the company's product goals.
• Meets restaurant customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows TM handbook policies including attendance, safety and security.
• Maintains shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems.
• Manages product quality, service, and costs within standards.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
