• 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Point of Sale experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while delivering top service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with feedback and support.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS accountability.
