• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting environment.
• Knows the deployment plan and communicates clearly on the floor.
• Delegates objectives and tasks to the team during shifts.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
• Upholds standard operating procedures, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities and recipes, including guest requests.
• Performs administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Develops Team Members with coaching and feedback.
