Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time roles. The position offers leadership responsibilities, paid training, and a pathway to internal promotion. You will supervise daily shift operations, assist customers with wash packages, and ensure safety and quality throughout the shift.

Starting pay ranges from $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with performance bonuses and a supportive, team-oriented environment that values growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Help with incident reports and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.
