Qualifikationen

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, training and providing feedback.
• Ensure guest experience remains high and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, food prep, service delivery and cleanliness during shift.
• Coach and develop team members and support career progression within the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions and shift reporting to meet targets.
