Job summary

Wingstop seeks a Shift Leader to support the daily operations of our restaurant, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead the team to uphold the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will be a hands-on leader, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions while driving performance and ensuring SOPs are followed. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive performance by ensuring SOPs are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service.
• Monitor and manage daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support team development by training and coaching team members.
