Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to help oversee each shift, ensuring team members understand and perform daily duties while assisting management with incident reports and equipment maintenance. Locations include Lafayette, Carencro, Broussard, Scott, and more in Louisiana.

You will empower a team, focus on customer service, safety, and training, and collaborate with management to improve operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to guide and support colleagues.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and service quality.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team-oriented environment empowering employees to lead.
• Support team growth and leadership development to improve customer experience.
• Address and resolve concerns, including incident reporting.
• Monitor equipment and tunnel performance to optimize efficiency.
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure training completion.
• Provide customers with information on wash products, packages, and memberships.
• Assist customers with membership updates and issue resolution.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Learn car wash chemistry and product interactions affecting wash quality.
• Identify and resolve wash quality issues due to chemical imbalances.
• Communicate improvement areas to management.
• Administer customer feedback surveys during each shift.
