Jersey Mike's Marysville is seeking a Shift Leader to help run day-to-day restaurant operations and foster a supportive team environment. You will coach Crew Members, lead by example, and ensure an outstanding guest experience during each shift.

The role emphasizes training support, inventory awareness, food safety, and maintaining high standards. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow into leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Restaurant or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and provided through training.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team during assigned shifts by example and outstanding service.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with the "Sub Above" standard.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure adherence to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members on each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
