The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining a positive culture while meeting company benchmarks. A flexible schedule, background check, and strong leadership are expected for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part‑time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full‑time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Manage shift tasks and delegate to team members.
• Respond to guest complaints with a friendly, respectful approach.
