Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Eagan, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and uphold brand standards during each shift. You will ensure quality, cleanliness, and guest connections while delivering a smooth, high-energy service experience.

You will coordinate with the General Manager, train team members on product knowledge, manage cash handling and safety, and step up as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of leadership experience or proper training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must maintain flexible availability to support business and team needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, quality, cash handling, and store safety.
• Assist with administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Set up smooth hand-offs between shifts and communicate priorities clearly.
