Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader at our Brainerd, MN location. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding SOPs and brand standards.

You will coordinate with the store leadership to meet daily goals and manage inventory and deposits as required. The role requires 1+ year of leadership or relevant experience, availability for varied shifts, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed; coach and develop team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, deposits, and ordering as assigned.
• Demonstrate calm leadership under pressure and be the Manager on Duty when needed.
