WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a team across shifts, ensuring duties are performed and incidents reported. You will support equipment checks, safety training, and customer interactions, driving a high-quality experience for guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with opportunities for growth and company-sponsored benefits.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership abilities to guide and support colleagues.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, including evenings/weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and safety standards.
• Foster welcoming, customer-focused environment that drives success.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including chemical handling.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee each shift and ensure team understands daily duties.
• Assist management with incident reports, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Lead a team to provide a positive, customer-focused experience.
• Monitor wash package functions and tunnel performance for efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and complete required training.
• Inform customers about wash products, packages, and memberships.
• Assist customers with account updates and issue resolution.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure task completion.
• Learn car wash chemistry and its impact on wash quality.
• Identify and resolve wash quality issues due to chemicals or other factors.
• Communicate improvements to management.
• Administer customer feedback surveys during shifts.
