WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, motivate the team, and ensure top-notch customer service. This role emphasizes active leadership, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with biweekly tips, paid training, and opportunities for promotion as the company grows. Flexible shifts and a team-oriented culture support career growth.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Mansioni

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
