Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader for full-time, active leadership within a fast-paced car wash environment. You will oversee daily shift operations, mentor the team, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining wash quality and safety standards.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and lead the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Document incidents and operational procedures.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
