Whataburger is hiring a Shift Leader at our Houston, TX restaurant to guide daily operations and mentor a fast-paced team. You’ll drive quality, service, and cleanliness while coaching new hires and seasoned crew to perform at their best.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to manage shift goals, uphold food safety, and deliver a positive guest experience. This role offers clear growth paths and comprehensive benefits through Whataburger.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service and communication.
• ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities
