Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fire-grilled team toward exceptional service and smooth operations on each shift.

You will manage opening/closing, uphold EPL and health standards, train staff on new procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling while delivering a friendly guest experience. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience.
• Pass EPL FSA class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and coordinate tasks for setup, food prep and cleanup.
• Maintain service speed and cleanliness per EPL and health codes.
• Schedule and supervise team breaks and shift staffing.
• Train staff on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and audits during shifts.
• Ensure friendly customer service and greet guests.
