Whataburger in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to drive restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure quality, safety, and speed on every shift. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to lead daily service and maintain high standards.

You will develop leadership skills, manage shift execution, support cost and productivity goals, and participate in growth opportunities including education support and scholarships.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to meet business needs.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience coaching or leading teams and strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coach, train and motivate team members to perform at peak levels.
• Support goals for food cost, labor cost, and sales performance.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
