Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• High accountability and integrity with a guest-first mindset.
• Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in cold environments (coolers/freezers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists.
• Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently.
• Address guest issues with professionalism and care.
• Train, coach, and inspire team members daily.
• Monitor store performance and support KPI targets.
