Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and speaking.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants is preferred.
• Strong guest focus with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the training and development of Crew Members as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate shift goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Serve as a role model for outstanding guest service, prioritizing guests.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru guests.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru (as applicable).
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Drive a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Reinforce proper use of systems, tools, and procedures; correct deficiencies.
• Monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed properly.
• Enforce compliance with cleanliness, food safety, health, and security policies.
• Report equipment issues and opportunities for improvement to management.
