Job summary

Dunkin’ in Exton, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and policies. You will report to the General Manager and help drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must have prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems (will be taught).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members as needed.
• Assign team members to appropriate positions to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Support and lead team meetings and shift execution.
• Deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently followed.
• Help create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback and assist in implementing action plans.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and expectations to team members.
• Support new product rollouts, including training and sampling.
• Assist with cash handling and ensure compliance with cash management policies.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance, sales, and guest satisfaction.
• Support performance monitoring and employee evaluations.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
