WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to help oversee daily shifts, support team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Lafayette, Carencro, Broussard, Scott locations and more. You will coordinate incident reporting, equipment checks, and supervision to maintain high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong team player with leadership abilities.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities
