Taco Bell Corp. franchise locations are seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant operations and drive great shifts with self-sufficiency. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications include 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and strong math/analytical skills. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation; background checks apply.

• Strong math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shifts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
