Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in New York seeks a Shift Leader to run great shifts, solve problems independently, and mentor team members. You will own shifts, support the RGM, and maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer skills, 18+ years old, strong math and analytical abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
