Job summary

Taco Bell, a franchisee in Savannah, GA, seeks a Shift Leader to support restaurant operations by running shifts and solving problems, while guiding team members for a smooth service flow.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L exposure, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
