Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell franchise operations in New York. You will lead shifts, supervise team members, and ensure service standards are met while solving problems and maintaining a productive work environment.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math, and strong decision-making skills. A reliable transportation and the ability to stand for most of the shift are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
