Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations with the General Manager and Assistant GM, ensuring clear goals, product standards, cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, manage store deployment, and uphold SOPs while communicating effectively and handling inventory and admin tasks; strong leadership and a passion for community will help you Make Fun Happen every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with ease, enthusiasm and excellence
• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen
• Maximize product sales and waste management
• Maintain store look and feel with total store vision
• Communicate deployment and roles clearly during the shift
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and feedback to team members
• Address guest and team needs proactively
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed
• Own the shift and prepare for the next shift
• Handle administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and orders
