Job summary

Duckin' Dunkin' brand is seeking a Shift Leader in Georgia to coach team members and ensure operational standards across morning or afternoon shifts. You will guide baristas and crew to deliver fast, friendly guest service while meeting Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving daily goals, manage shift staffing, training, and safety procedures, and handle customer concerns to uphold the restaurant's reputation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate staffing.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shifts.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for upcoming shifts.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain a positive reputation.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to policies.
