Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, supporting the Restaurant Manager, maintaining food safety, handling cash, and preparing for upcoming shifts. Strong English proficiency and prior leadership in a fast-paced setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support training of restaurant team members.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for their shift.
