Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Elk River, MN seeks a Shift Leader to drive store performance under the General Manager or Assistant GM. You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, ensure SOPs, manage guest connections, and keep the store clean and well stocked.

You’ll train staff on product knowledge and promotions, handle administrative tasks, and support a culture of teamwork and service. At least 1 year of leadership in hospitality, retail, or food service is required; 18+ years old; flexible schedules

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members to uphold SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
• Train team on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Ensure look, feel and cleanliness of the store and effective day-to-day operations.
