ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee to grow into a Shift Leader within about 90 days. The role emphasizes delivering high-level service to Guests, training Team Members, and supporting store operations as Manager on Duty in training.

You will greet Guests, handle POS transactions, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while assisting with deliveries and merchandising. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a management or leadership role; flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist store management.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS terminal; process transactions, cash handling, and coupons per procedures.
• Open/close the store and supervise daily operations.
• Unload weekly truck deliveries and merchandise shelves.
