ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. in Tallahassee is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee to develop into a Store Leader within about 90 days. You will act as Manager on Duty in training, open and close the store, and support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.

You will greet Guests, run the POS accurately, learn company policies, train teammates, keep the store clean and safe, assist with deliveries and merchandising, and provide wrapping and gift basket services as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of proven experience in a management or leadership role.
• 2 years of college/technical school in Business Management or related field, or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist store management.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service throughout visit.
• Operate a POS terminal and manage cash handling and tendering.
• Stay current on training, policies, and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and direct team members when acting as MOD.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with daily property upkeep and merchandise display.
• Provide wrapping service, assemble gift baskets, carryout service.
• Unload weekly truck deliveries and restock shelves.
