True North is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in our Ohio locations. You will lead shifts, hire, train, and schedule team members, and ensure a fast, friendly, and clean guest experience.

You will manage staffing levels, inventory, labor, cash controls, and maintenance needs while delivering excellent customer service and upholding company standards across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others is preferred.
