Job summary

True North in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to support fast-paced, friendly guest service and a clean shopping environment. You will help with daily operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory, and fuel transactions, while addressing guest concerns and upholding True North service standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for banking purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform assigned food service tasks following food safety and sanitation requirements, as applicable.
• Support merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions.
• Assist with store operations during high-volume periods and promotions.
• Respond to spills and maintain restrooms and customer areas.
