Job summary

True North in Ohio seeks a Shift Manager to support fast-paced store operations, deliver friendly guest service, and maintain an organized shopping environment.

You will handle merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions while addressing guest concerns and upholding True North service standards. In the absence of the Assistant Manager, you will assume those responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and pricing.
• Assist with loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions.
• Provide outstanding guest service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Follow company standards to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• In the absence of the Assistant Manager, assume additional responsibilities.
