Responsibilities

• Lead the front-line team and maintain a culture of excellence.
• Execute daily shift plans and ensure all roles are filled and processes followed.
• Maintain speed of service under 3:30 and order accuracy >99%.
• Conduct 2 team member check-ins per week with coaching and feedback.
• Achieve 90%+ team member satisfaction on monthly surveys.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety with 100% shift checklist completion.
• Engage with at least 10 guests per shift to model hospitality.
• Identify and elevate at least 1 emerging leader quarterly.
• Support CFA promotions and upselling goals.
