Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will ensure fast service, maintain standards, and mentor a high‑energy team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive sales through guest engagement and event support, while managing operations, cash handling, and inventory. A 1–2 year hospitality background and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality or guest‑facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence resolving guest concerns.
• Floor‑first work style; lead by example on the floor.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring fast service and happy guests.
• Step into positions as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and in‑center programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lanes, arcade, and FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking.
