Popeyes is looking for an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the on-floor team with confidence and pride. You will guide Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate meals within a clean, welcoming kitchen, while maintaining a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Problem solving on the fly while keeping guest experience front and center.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace on your shift by leading the team with confidence and pride.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members, sharing feedback, and building skills on the floor.
• Support operations and profitability by handling cash controls, inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and upholding Popeyes standards.
