Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure bold food and warm hospitality on the floor. You’ll work with the General Manager and Assistants to keep energy high and standards hot and ready.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, bring leadership experience in fast-paced settings, and excel at communication and problem solving to motivate the team and delight guests.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and motivational abilities with a team.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace on your shift by leading the team with confidence and pride.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members and giving feedback on the floor.
