Job summary

CI Food Partners of Atlanta, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for Century Bar and Bites at the Atlanta Airport-Con D. You will support daily operations, lead staff, handle cash, and ensure superior guest service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of supervisory or customer service experience, with certification in ServSafe and alcohol awareness as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures each guest receives superior service by greeting guests and following service standards.
• Communicates and suggests menu offerings, products, and promotions to guests.
• Performs cash handling duties and processes payments.
• Cooks and stores food at required temperatures; labels and rotates products.
• Assist unit management and lead employees in the absence of a manager.
• Open and close duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and unit appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with training associates to maintain standards and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the unit according to checklists.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions to management.
