Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leaders to join our team in Indiana. As a Shift Leader, you will coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

You will drive sales, uphold restaurant standards, and manage cash with accuracy. This role supports a fast-paced, guest-focused operation and offers growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills for accuracy and reporting.
• Basic computer skills for everyday operations.
• Minimum age 18 where applicable; HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set shift priorities, assign tasks, and monitor results.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
