Popeyes in Washington is seeking a Shift Leader committed to delivering memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the dining room, kitchen, and exterior.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and eager to learn all restaurant operations and multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Check food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of HIgh Noon Popeyes.
