Job summary

Popeyes Duncan is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure memorable guest experiences, balance fast-paced restaurant duties, and uphold Popeyes standards. You will greet Guests, assist with orders, and model friendly, professional interactions with team members and guests.

The role requires readiness to learn all restaurant operations, manage multiple stations, and commit to evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand values and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact positively and professionally with Guests and coworkers.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Popeyes brand and menu items.
• Check food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Acts with integrity and promotes the culture of HIgh Noon Popeyes.
