Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Shift Leader in a fast-paced Oregon restaurant. You will greet guests, process orders, and ensure top-notch service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

You’ll learn all restaurant operations and support multiple stations as part of a collaborative team. You will lead by example, demonstrate brand knowledge, and ensure food quality and safety throughout the shift, including communication with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Positive, professional guest and coworker interactions.
• Willingness to learn all restaurant operations and stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of HIgh Noon Popeyes
